8. Shipping Terms — F.O.B. (Free On Board) Shipping Point

All Graham International equipment is sold and shipped F.O.B. (Free On Board) Shipping Point, meaning title and risk of loss transfer from Graham International to the buyer at the point of origin — our manufacturing facility in Michigan, USA. Once equipment is loaded onto the carrier at our facility, the buyer assumes ownership and responsibility for the shipment. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying freight charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any claims for damage or loss during transit must be filed directly with the freight carrier by the buyer.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due per the terms agreed upon at the time of order. Graham International accepts cash in advance, company check, or wire transfer. A credit application may be submitted for approved net terms. A 3% service charge will be applied to all credit card payments. Accounts not paid within agreed terms are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge (24% annually) on the outstanding balance. Warranties are void on equipment with balances unpaid beyond 60 days past the invoice date.

10. Returns & Restocking

All returns require prior written authorization from Graham International. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all return freight charges paid by the buyer. Returned equipment must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging. Reel racking, conduit racking, and custom-configured equipment are non-returnable. Order cancellations require written consent from Graham International. Orders already in production may not be eligible for cancellation.

Graham International makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on this website. Your use of this website and any information contained herein is at your own risk.
