Reel Racking Systems Engineered for Your Warehouse

Engineered for safe, organized storage of wire and cable reels weighing up to 10,000 pounds each, our racking is built with wearproof, replaceable inserts and positive-locking ball detent safety pins and optional Upper Reel Locks that keep reels securely in place with quiet operation. We manufacture reel racking in multiple configurations to fit your warehouse layout and storage requirements. SD (Single Depth) racking mounts against walls and holds reels up to 3,500 pounds. IR (Island Rack / Double Depth) racking loads from both sides for freestanding island configurations. TR (Track and Trolley) racking uses a trolley system for double-depth storage accessible from one side, handling up to 5,000 pounds per reel standard. Center Hung racking (CHSD and CHDD) supports reels up to 10,000 pounds.
Our positive-locking ball detent pins, Upper Reel Locks and TR Flip Locks provide safe, quiet reel retention. Wire guides prevent damage from rubbing on reel flanges and facilitate direct flow to the take-up machine, reducing operator fatigue.
