Our coiling equipment lineup includes the C68 Series manual coiling machines, C69 Series manual coilers with a 31" turntable payout, powered C70 Series with DC motor drive, the C73 Series and C773 Series hydraulic powered coiling machines for higher volume operations, and the CS Series portable coiling systems. For maximum production speed, our High-Speed Coiling Machines deliver up to 500 RPM with 1 to 2 HP DC drive. The SP73-18 spooling machine adds dedicated spooling capability to the powered coiling platform.
Collapsible coilers are available from 10 inches to 20 inches (heavy duty) and mount on quick-change bases across all powered models. Measuring devices — the M100 for manual coilers and M200WD for powered coilers — come standard with every machine. Options include stop-to-length capability, turntable payouts with wearproof spindle mounts, stretch wrap dispenser mounts, and extra shelving for tools and devices.
